The car had a very loud scrapping sound. Quite possibly a rock in rotor. I contacted the host about this issue and didn’t get any communication back, besides the “let us know when the vehicle is back at the lot” message. It was such a nuisance the entire time and gave me a headache. Barely rode with the top down because of this, which is the ENTIRE reason I got the car. It also shakes when stopped at an incline. Highly disappointed.

The car quality was bad. The noise at the car made and the handling were just terrible and then to be insulted saying that the car was a city for two weeks and that’s why it’s just not acceptable.
