I had a very poor experience with this host. First of all, this was the dirtiest car I’ve ever rented on Turo. It wasn’t washed on the outside and had multiple dirt stains inside, with sand all over the interior. It honestly looked like we picked up the car right after the previous renter returned it.
The car also had noticeable damage on the front bumper, making it look quite rough, and all four wheels had deep curb rash. Additionally, the fuel tank wasn’t full when we received the car; it was about a quarter short. When returning it, we refilled it to the same level, but the host still charged us extra for not topping it off completely. It was only about two gallons of gas. I reached out to the host about this, but my message was ignored.
Overall, the service was very disappointing. The car itself drives fine; it’s a newer BMW and performs as expected, but it was poorly maintained and presented in unacceptable condition.
This is utter false statement made by guest. Picture says it all. And documented. Bmw was cleaned and detailed. And according to her own pictures you can see the car is cleaned and ready for her. If you angry for gas charge please make sure to look at our before pictures. Because it is our responsibility to post pictures before sending car out. Please be aware of people like this. I will not recommend her. We were polite and straight forward and respectful with this guest and it reflects in turo
