This trip was incredible! The car was absolutely perfect! Pick up was smooth where we only had to walk ten minutes from the airport and then hop in the car and drive. Drop off was the same. The whole trip the car ran very smooth and was easy to park into tight spaces. I would highly recommend and would rent it again. Thank you!

Friendly, quick, and easy communication. I really appreciated that the car was clean and stocked with two water bottles. It was a thoughtful touch and made a great first impression.
The pick up/return location at the Travelodge was convenient and just a short walk from the airport. It took less than 10 minutes on foot.
This was my first time using Turo, so I wasn’t quite sure what to expect when picking up the car. The app provides step-by-step instructions, but it’s helpful to know ahead of time that you’ll need to take quite a few photos of the car’s exterior and interior before and after your trip. I’d recommend allowing an extra 10 to 15 minutes to complete this process.
One thing to be aware of is that when you lock the car with the key fob, it will not beep to confirm that the car is locked. If you press the lock button three times, it will activate the remote start feature. Be sure to press it just once and double check that the car is locked and hasn’t restarted.
I had a wonderful trip, and that was largely thanks to having a rental car that made getting around so easy. I’d gladly rent with Jeremiah again. Thank you for making my first trip to Juneau one to remember!
