Great host. Great communication. Vehicle as described. Clean and in great working order. If you're a cruise passenger and want to sightsee Juneau this is the way! Very near the cruise ship docks. Easy.

Jeronimo and Brittney were excellent hosts. They communicated everything clearly and even sent some friendly reminders, which were very helpful because my updated location had not gone through the first time. They were available for any and all questions if I needed them.
The water and snacks were a nice touch, along with the maps and charging cable. It was very easy to pick up the car near the port. The car was very clean and charged fully. Returning it was just as easy.
They have several cars and never missed a beat with our rental, with reminders, answering questions, etc. it shows how extremely organized they are. I highly recommend them and we will definitely rent from them next time we’re in Juneau.
