Car was fine. Was worried as my original booking was canceled hours before my arrival and I was forced to choose their other vehicle or be without a car. What everyone should also know, the car is not at the airport. There is a free shuttle from the airport to where the car is parked, but the directions dont state this clearly. You need to walk to the Spot 1 shuttle. Since the vehicle worked and he was responsive 4 seems fitting. I was panicked while in flight to learn my vehicle was canceled, so that is the 4 vs 5.
