The car drove smoothly, but the interior needed attention. The ceiling showed brown staining, which suggested prior smoking in the vehicle. I was wearing a white outfit and noticed my pants had picked up dirt from the seats. The car would benefit from a thorough deep clean before its next use.

The car had a problem with shifting, and I wound up having to have him come pick it up
Stopped by mechanic he drove car felt no issues. Ran diagnostic, nothing. Drove car home 30 miles from pickup no issues. Car was scheduled to return 7am no communication until 9am after car is late. I was then told it happened the evening before. No notification. Texted/Called 7am several times no answer. Saying a car issue began to seem more like a convenient way to try and avoid late fee. Because mechanic found absolutely no issues and no other renters have ever mentioned that issue.
