Lauren was great at communicating and was proactive at reaching out in advance with information on minor aspects of the car. Otherwise the car drove great. Pickup and drop off went smoothly. Would absolutely rent with her again!

Easy pickup, was surprisingly good on gas and very clean. The only thing is i noted the brakes were needing replaced soon (you could hear them while driving a little bit) and the oil percentage was low so the alarm dinged a couple times. Normal car maintenance things! Such a great experience.
Thanks for the feedback! I brought the car to get checked out this week and the mechanic said the brakes look good. The oil is still good for awhile (currently at 50%) but I'll certainly keep an eye out for it. Thanks very much for renting.
