The car worked well and the ride was smooth. There was just a little trash in the trunk and the windows were a little dirty upon check in. Other than that it was a perfect rental!

Had a great experience renting this car! The owner was extremely friendly, helpful, and accommodating throughout the entire process. Everything went smoothly, and communication was easy. I would definitely recommend renting from him and would happily rent from him again!

Super easy pick up and drop off with lockbox. Really easy to work with and responsive. Car was clean and ready to drive.

Overall, the car itself was great. Clean, reliable, and much more affordable than a traditional rental. Jonelle was friendly and pleasant to work with. Unfortunately, the pickup and drop-off experience was disappointing. Pickup was about 40 minutes late, and the airport drop-off didn’t happen because the driver was tied up with other pickups, so we had to leave the car at his lot and pay for an Uber back to the airport. While we understand delays can happen, the transportation service was one of the main reasons we chose this rental. We’d use Jonelle again, but we’d hope for a more reliable pickup and drop-off experience next time.
