Jonele was a great host and pickup location was easy. We were a bit disappointed with this Turo rental experience. The photos shown in the listing do not accurately represent the actual vehicle we received. The car has black rims, a significant number of scratches, a large area of peeling paint near the back window on the top of the vehicle, and a bumper that appears to be not fully attached.
While we understand it is an older vehicle, we believe that when a car is listed on Turo, the photos should accurately reflect its current condition and any existing damage should be clearly disclosed.
Overall, the condition of the vehicle was very different from what was advertised

Yes it was bad because it has something wrong with its cruise control and going above 60 mph as well as something clinking in the back suspension. When tried contacting host they didnt pick up, they didnt return the call, and when I was able to get a hold of an associate they said they would talk to their boss and then no one contacted me. I contacted customer service and they did not see anything wrong with those problems.
