I’m so mad I was able to give this 1 star. Terrible host very rude and has a smart mouth. I rented this car 30 minutes later the tire cover was hanging. I took the car to the mechanic so Turo know that this host is a scammer. I immediately reported it to the host and know way he tried to play with me as if I don’t have eyes and clearly see you just had work done but didn’t do a good job. I had the car for 30days the host never checked in to see if everything was ok or any of that. I text him an hr before drop off because it was raining very bad and the car was shaky and I was a little scared to drive it.. the host responded to me and said “you had the car for 30 days now there’s a problem 30 minutes before drop off if you don’t return the car I would be charged. You are awful and I hope they remove you
Nicole reported a fender liner issue shortly after pickup. I immediately offered to cancel the trip and retrieve the vehicle, but she chose to keep it for the full 30-day rental. No additional concerns were reported until approximately one hour before the scheduled return time. At that point, I advised her of her options. I wish Nicole the best and appreciated the opportunity to host her.
