We received the car in perfect condition. Very convenient pickup process. We enjoyed the car, it was the perfect size for me and my spouse with 4 large suitcases. We were really lucky with the owners, one of the most helpful and friendly people I met in the USA, unfortunately we had our flight cancelled and they were able to make changes for the drop off location and time.
