OK, had to transport my mother who’s wheelchair bound

*the car was not clean
*the car was almost on E at pickup. Only about 30 miles.
*host tried to accuse me of damages that were present at the time of pick up.
*host would not accept keys in hand. I was Instead instructed to put the keys in the visor and the keys were locked inside.
*no accountability on their end. I’ve booked with others before and I’ve never had these issues. Please do better.
