The host was awesome and the Diana the Avalon was even better. The host communicates in a timely and effective manner. And the host is extremely flexible when extending the vechile.

Host was wonderful cars drove smooth did have a bad smell of cigarette when I picked up but I cleaned it well and got the odor out and everything else went smooth. Would absolutely 100% rent again excellent car! Thank you Michael.

The Avalon was absolutely beautiful inside and out and the host was great and very friendly. Best thing I loved about the car was the white leather interior and sunroof it was also fun to drive and excellent on gas mileage I didn't have to film the tank not once until I returned it and I had a 3 day trip!

Michael was a great host. Only issue was before pick-up I was told that previous renter smoked in the vehicle. Michael washed and deodorized prior to pick-up, but the smell was still there, which is not on Michael. I wish individuals that rent through Turo would respect the policy and not smoke. The car drove nice and smooth.
