10/10. I rent Teslas all the time, but this was the first time someone gave me app access instead of just a key card. Being able to pre-cool the car from my phone in the Florida heat was amazing. I took it on a road trip to St. Augustine, and despite being a slightly older model, the battery performed exactly like a new Tesla, which I did not expect. Terry was a great host, actually met me in person to make sure I knew how everything worked in the car. I would not hesitate to rent this car again!
