Everything was great! I was nervous picking it up - it had been a long day and I had some trouble with my app- but Thomas was super responsive and even sent someone to help me !! It was my fault - I said no to Bluetooth when I downloaded app, so got it all fixed (also don’t do that when you download app lol). Really enjoyed being able to have the car, thank you again

Minor issue was lingering smell of cigarette smoke from someone else who didn’t follow rules. I’m sensitive so I noticed, probably wouldn’t bother most people.
