When the car first started it made a loud squealing noise like a belt was worn. Throughout the trip it got worse and the check engine light came on. When I contacted the host they responded promptly and assured us it was okay and was willing to meet up with us to fix it, but it still was a little nerve wracking. Also the drop off location was hard to find where the car was actually parked. We had to lug our luggage through the parking lot for 10 minutes in the 95 degrees so a little frustrating. Also the directions on how to use the lock box a little more would have been helpful. The host was very nice and helpful when asked questions. But overall it wasn’t the best experience I have had with Turo.

Easy pick up.I did not have the key code and I message the host and the key code was sent right away.. .I returned the car 2 hours early because I had something to do; however I was unable to checkout at that time. From my understanding the host has control with app to allow me to check-in early.I had to watch the clock to check in while being preoccupied. Overall I will rent again from this host.
