Car was clean same as picture. Speakers suck but car runs very well!

My experience was horrible. The car had a terrible underlying odor. You can tell it was sprayed to mask the scent. 20 mins after picking up the vehicle I was pulled over because the brake light was out. I reached out to the host and was told that I had to go to AutoZone to have the light changed and they would Zelle me a refund with proof of receipt. You should not have to be responsible for changing anything on a rental. The worst part about the car was the broken piece under the front of the car hanging down. Someone tried to zip tie it back onto the car, but it broke off. I planned on driving my family and myself to Orlando in this car, that broken piece could have came off while driving on the freeway and caused a horrible accident. I had to figure out last minute vacation transportation arrangements which was a HUGE inconvenience. Once I told the host about the car odor and it being unsafe to drive they argued with me telling me that it is safe to drive and serviced before I received it and the car has received previous good ratings. I would highly not recommend renting their red 2018 Nissan versa. Actually, I would not recommend renting from this host ar all due to the fact these issues were handled was very unprofessionally.
