Quality of car was good. Ac just barely blew out! Host was very rude because of a mistake of getting the wrong car. I had a long day and people make mistakes.

The car was as described and the host was responsive to all questions however, this car smelled like smoke, when I informed the host, they responded with they are not responsible for what other renters do and they tried to clean the car afterwards. I wish I was told prior to picking up the car, so I can choose if I want to rent a car that has been repeatedly smoked in.

Helpful. On time. Car was clean and did a great job from Jacksonville Florida to Va beach Va and back! I would say gas mileage is best about this car. I only had to fill up 3 times and each time was only $30, for. 20 hour trip with stops this was a life saver.! Will rent again.
