Renting from here was an easy process! I ran into a slight issue, that the host handle with ease. Retrieving and returning the car is pretty easy, once you know what to do lol. I only needed the rental for in town purposes only and the rate was a blessing!! I will definitely be renting from here in the near future!

The car was idled high, little stench smell, car was ready, location was good, quality didn't match amount paid, rent at your own risk.

The tire light came on but host was willing to pay for tire while renting turo, but took to mechanic and they said it wasn’t the air it’s the sensor and can only be done by shop. But host was very concerned and willing to make sure I had a pleasant trip for my business meeting. Will rent from host again.

This was my fist experience renting on this platform. The host was on point with communication. Over all the experience with the host was very good. The car was not what I was expecting and not a smooth experience. However, the host was very willing to exchange and I just couldn't fit it into our schedule. I would rent from them again. I would just make more time to do my due diligence.
