This was 1st rental. It was a great experience! Car quality excellent. Drop off was really better than I had expected. Great gas mileage, a/c was wonderful, ride was smooth. No issues at all. Have recommended TURO already. Prices great and communication was wonderful!!! Thanks so much! Will be a return customer.

Car drove great and is very good on gas. The Host is very nice and accommodating. Will definitely rent from him again in the future.

The car was decent, definitely clean, and it ran fairly well. I interacted with the host before I even left the parking and he was extremely helpful and communicative. This was my first time using Turo and it left me feeling good about the whole process. I hope all the other times I need to rent. It is this efficient and meets the expectations that are offered.

Car pickup was nice and easy. Host had great communication and was friendly. Problem I did have is they charge $150 for cleanup, but when I received the car you can tell, it wasn’t cleaned. Had sticky residue in few places crumbs and it smelled really bad like sweat, so I had to febreeze it and get a few air fresheners. The way it drove was okay, but it did feel like it was going to stall a few times when you stop.

Our vehicles are professionally cleaned before each trip, and we’re sorry this did not meet expectations. The interior roof has a permanent mark that doesn’t come out with detailing.
