Great experience with self checkin and checkout. Very close to airport.

Enjoyed the car, but the host changed the pick up location at the last minute without asking. Ended up having to take the shuttle bus to another lot instead of simply walking across to the parking garage as agreed.
Since the fire in the hourly parking garage (right across from the terminal) many parking spots have been lost. Additionally the construction of the new garage has also eliminated another big amount of parking spaces.
Availability of parking in the hourly parking garage or the daily parking garage is impossible to predict.
I’m sorry you were inconvenienced but the policy is to park it in any available parking garage at the airport. We always try to use the closest to the terminal if we can

Car is very cute, compact, held 2 big checked bags in the back and still had plenty of room in the cab. The pickup option within the hourly garage at Jax International was a very nice option but directions were unclear via the host as to where within the hourly garage it was parked (there are 4 levels to that garage so we spent some time trying to find it). You have to look at the "details" section of the Turo ap to see it rather than the details that appear at the "check in" prompts. I think this may have been the ap not updating information quickly rather than the fault of the host. Would be helpful to have that specific information relayed by the host day of. The Bluetooth takes some finagling but once it is up and running, reconnects just fine. Car is a bit older so does have some rattling while idling but nothing that felt dangerous. Great gas mileage, just remember it is premium gas only.
I’m sorry you have is a 4 star review for an issue that has to do with the Turo app and the respective user interface. We have no control over that.
