Car pickup happened 1 hour later than the pickup time because the team didn’t put pickup instructions. Sent me to 3 different spots outside (had to uber to one of them) and spoke to 3 different people to finally get the correct pick up.

Tires started losing air 20 minutes into drive. Tried contacting took forever for them to get back to me then the guys states it’s no big deal to have low tire pressure, when the car was flashing red on on 3 tires the 4th did not even register. I understand it was a quick rental but if there is an issue like that I would never rent a car for safety. Then wanted me to go to him to swap out the car which was not the correct way to go about this. If it was no big deal he should have offered to come to me to swap out car. And then was actually laughing like it wasn’t a big deal. Which most people it may not be but not for a woman with a child alone in another state it’s a BIG deal.
