Confusing pick up location the airport closed off an end.
Hi Demetria, thank you for your feedback. In regard to the drop-off you requested at JAX Airport. There were photos and detailed instructions on where the car was parked. I was also communicating with you every step of the way to locate the car. I apologize, sometimes the airport does block off areas of the parking garage, which makes it a little difficult to navigate. I do my best to provide this info to all guests prior to arrival. Me and my entire team are here to ensure a smooth experience.

Couldn’t pick car up on time as they hadn’t paid for parking. Was $500 bill outstanding
