The vehicle itself was fine and the host was kind but the airport pickup and return process could have been better organized and communicated. At pickup, someone drove the vehicle through Arrivals to meet me. Since vehicles have to keep moving in that area, it made it difficult to properly inspect the vehicle and take my Turo check-in photos.
For the return, I had to ask for instructions and was then told to park in the hourly garage. I wasn’t expecting that since the vehicle wasn’t picked up from the garage. I ended up having to circle the airport looking for the correct parking area while also trying to make my flight.
I think having the vehicle parked in the garage for both pickup and return, with clear instructions provided ahead of time, would make the airport experience much smoother for future guests.
