Car quality was good and as described, however the pickup was disappointing. We did not receive notification of where to pick up the car until 8 minutes after our rental began and then had to take a shuttle to the farthest economy lot to get it. The car was also not in the row we were told.

The airport had all garages closed and only one lot for parking was opened . That was beyond our control. Also the waiting for the shuttle and driving to the only open lot is also beyond our control. The 8 minutes delayed in communication is rather absurd to even mention. We do tell all our guests we manage multiple vehicles so patience is appreciated. The airport was extremely busy due to all the rerouting of people trying to find the only open lot.
