Pickup and drop off was fairly easy and the car ran great! My only concern was the windshield wiper blades were completely unsafe and didn’t wipe any water away. With the rain in Jacksonville we had to go out and buy new ones. The communication for trying to get a refund wasn’t great. Unfortunately we ended up putting the old ones back on. If you plan to rent this vehicle make sure there is no rain in the forecast!

Wiper had blade falling off of it, car had dents and dings which took added onto the check-in time due to having to be meticulous about the pictures. Car had a faint odor of cigarette from previous renters (co-host responded promptly to this and offered later drop off and extended miles) however it was still a thing), but cherry on top was finding out the roaches (Host didn’t respond when I sent pictures of them inititally until it asked for a reason why I was dropping off the car early). Car also has a light vibration while driving. It was drivable, but in all reality the roaches were the breaking final choice on dropping it off early (was going to extend it initially but not with that going on). 3 stars I feel is fair
