Enjoy renting from Alvin but this time had issues with low tire pressure, check engine light on, maintenance light and oil light. Was extremely concerned about driving the vehicle but overall good customer service and quick responses from the team.

Wasn't able to use the car as planned second time renting this car thinking the issues I had the first trip 3 months ago was solved ended up being worse, engine light was on the jerking was worse (transmission slip) and the car battery was completely dead. I had to get 3 jumps to get to my destination after shutting the car off. I ended up parking the car after only being in the car for 1hour it wouldn't crank anymore waste of money and time. The car ended up being towed back!

The car horribly perked upon take off engine light made me paranoid assuming the car would malfunction i was on edge entire trip to the beach for family fun.
