Car was terrible. Upon starting the car, it was extremely loud. Waited a minute and it quieted down. I started driving, got onto the highway a minute later and the car was shaking and loud again. I've immediately returned it to the same location and advised the owner, Chris, accordingly. I've asked his to issue the refund but nothing has been done.
I've gone over to Avis at the airport and rented a car there.
Overall, horrible experience! Terrible car and terrible service.
Sorry the Mustang wasn't what you were looking for. This is a performance vehicle, not an economy car, and the sound and feel are exactly what many guests book it for. Your review does not accurately reflect my service or the vehicle. For guests considering this car, I encourage you to read the listing and other reviews and decide for yourself.
