Horrible. Don’t rent from these people. Tire had a leak the whole time.. they had to have known about it before they rented the vehicle to me. Spent money filling the tire up with air multiple times a day. On the way back from my trip, tire completely blew out on the highway. When I put on the spare, the tire that blew out had the metal exposed all around, and the back side was completely slick. They are negligent on taking care of their vehicle maintenance, renting out cars that are dangerous to drive. I’ve rented from them before, and this one was complete negligence on their part. Made it seem like it wasn’t their fault they rented me a vehicle with bad tires

The car quality of the car could have been better. The car had a stale cigarette smell. The host was great with sending messages. The trip was amazing. Per the agreement there is no smoking so I’m guessing whomever rented the car previously didn’t abide by the no smoking rule. People need to be mindful and treat these rentals per any agreements.

The whole experience was easy and enjoyable. The car was reliable and clean.I would rent again. The only issue was the back passenger tire has a slow leak. The car was definitely owned by a smoker before. There are lots of burn spots and a small stitch of smoke smell. They have done their best to keep the car in good shape.

No real issues. Staff was very polite. I don't smoke & vehicle smelled like smoke. Vehicle also needs maintenance. All in all a good experience.

Great car, absolutely loved the ride! Clean and reliable had no issues. Owners were professional. Will be renting from them again on my next trip in Jacksonville
