This car is so so bad , the condition of the car is horrible, the engine was overheating, and the AC is bad

If you want a great rental car, this isn’t it.

The Dodge Challenger I rented was in extremely poor condition and did not resemble the photos in the listing. The car was dirty, smelled strongly of smoke, and had visible damage, including a cracked windshield and ripped leather armrests. The seats were stained, the brakes squealed every time you hit them, and the backup camera only worked intermittently.

I initially reserved a different vehicle over a month in advance, only to be told just days before my trip that it was unavailable. I was offered other options from the host’s fleet, but none of those were actually available either. Instead, I was left with this Challenger, which was far below the standard advertised. I will give him credit, he did try to help when the ace became unavailable however this car was a total disaster.

Overall, the car’s condition was unacceptable, and the listing was misleading, the photos of the car are so not show it’s current condition or even recent condition. This experience was very disappointing, and I cannot recommend this host or vehicle. The host was friendly and easy to work with on finding the car and starting and ending the reservation. The car itself and the cancellation of the car I chose was the real issue. That’s why I gave it 1 star, if it wasn’t for the host being friendly I’d give this 0 stars without a doubt.
