The car’s transmission I believe was going out- very nervous driving it on the road. Then the back wheel making odd noises, should not have been rented out.
They did get it swapped out! I appreciate that. However there was misunderstanding since they must have many workers helping with the cars. Had to wait and wait at airport parking lot where originally had been told to go. They weren’t even close to being there because of communication, but told me I could go to lunch which was the plan- and would swap me out wherever we were. That was more accommodating.
