This whole ordeal was a nightmare. I rented this car for my son’s 7th birthday. He specifically requested we rent a challenger and go to universal studios Orlando. So I did! Upon pick up, the car oil change light was on and the car seat adjusted lever was broken. They check the oil and said it was fine. He place vice grips on the seat adjusting lever and taught me how to move them. Red flags but I continued on. Fast forward, we arrive in Orlando and are having a great time. Second night we go to dinner and the car is overheating. Shit. We immediately pull over and called for help. Turo then sent a tow truck and didn’t look at the car at all, instead hooked it up and took it. Now we are stranded. Turo gave us a 40 uber credit to get back to the hotel. Next day, Turo tells us they can give us one more 40 credit but that’s all they can do. We were stranded in Orlando thanks to this car. Luckily we aren’t broke and had money to get us home. Smh NEVER AGAIN
