Vehicle ran a little rough . Brakes squeaked embarrassingly bad and it needed a good interior roof cleaning . But the host was great

The car has been a problem since I left the lot. It’s a headache to get Customer service to actually help so I bit the bullet. The brakes are bad and squeak very bad! The car is misfiring and has a very rough idle! The radio goes in and out. And the transmission locked up out of no where on a busy road downtown with my child in the car! Vehicle has over 100k miles and probably won’t sell so they’re trying to get all the money they can before it’s finished. After I broke down the Host told me “There’s nothing I can do, call Turo”. TERRIBLE Experience!! Host is careless and nonchalant so Yes I did curse him out!
Had the car for over a month and did not inform us of any problem, actually was sending messages saying “need transportation”, “enjoying the vehicle” and such. After a month got a call from the guest. Started off by screaming and cursing at me. Told him that I can’t have a conversation if it’s not civil. Kept going down that route so I hung up and told him that I will contact turo as I won’t speak with him while he talks like that. Started cursing me out in the messages. Really bad customer.

The host was okay but it was hard to get compensate with another rental or I haven’t gotten my reimbursement,
No smoking allowed
Smoking in any Turo vehicle will result in a $150 fine
