I had one of the worst rental experiences I have ever had. The car was infested with roaches and had several other serious problems. It was also very poor on gas, and there was some type of cleaning wax or slippery product put on the carpet/rug. Every time I got in or out of the car, I was slipping and sliding, which was a safety concern.
On top of that, the side mirror adjusters were not working.
The worst part happened after I got home. My wife unpacked our luggage and found a roach in her suitcase. We had snacks and cake wrapped in aluminum foil in the car, and when I opened the foil the next day, there were several roaches inside. I did not realize how bad the infestation was until then.
I am extremely bothered because now I have to worry about bringing roaches into my home and may have to pay someone to spray my house to make sure they do not accumulate or infest my home.
This experience was completely unacceptable. A rental car should be clean, safe, and properly maintained. I will never rent from this place again, and I would strongly advise others to inspect their rental very carefully before leaving the lot.

Had a slight issue with the wheels or suspension system but a quick trip to Mavis Tire and I was back on the road in a few hours. All in all a very clean car and one of the smoothest riding.

The car was great, the person renting it was awesome and very helpful with the whole thing from pick up to return. This my our 1st time ever useing a service like this and it was so easy and we will certainly use again if needed!!

THE CAR WAS INFESTED WITH COCKROACHES. I sent videos and pictures informing the host of the bugs they weren’t apologetic, concerned but they stated i should go buy poison to put in the vehicle instead of trying to fix the situation.
