Horrible car it cuts out , engine stalls , rented 3days barely could get it to engine to idle Worst experience ever ! Car was not good at all seem as the transmission is on its way out the host continued to make excuses even returned the car back early Worst barely accelerate to take off it was bad experience 🙏🏾

Car was clean but the alignment was horrible and caused the entire car to shake over 50 mph. After booking for about 6 days the transmission started going out. I’ve never had an automatic transmission have to strain at 5000RPMs and shift into 3rd gear at 40mph. Doing delivery and a lot of interested driving this was extremely dangerous when merging onto highways and interstate merge ramps. Contacted host for replacement car, never responded, finally had to contact Turo support which advised me to return the car before the motor blew accommodating the lack of transmission. Again host wouldn’t respond, finally Turo support contacted host who just said they’ll come get the car. No replacement nothing, I missed work and then was billed for gas after I explained I missed a day and half of work due to the lack of communication and unreliability of their rental. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone..

The car smelled bad and the seats look worst. The car drove well. But I was very grossed out could not even drive without cracking the windows and the seats look worst are really gross. I appreciate the smooth process and performance of the car it was very well for last minute trip. Will book again with Leonardo. I just will book in advance.
