The car looked nicer than it actually was… When I first got it soon as I cut it on it had low tire pressure light… Went to Wawa for free air tire pressure was 17 I did notify Chris and he let me know he would repair the tire which he did the next day. But not a great way to start a $1000 rental… My biggest problem was the heat didn’t work! This last weeek the mornings in Fl were 39 degrees which I upload proof and when you cut on the defrost it blows warm air at the top but cold air on your feet and if you switch the setting to face the passenger side blows warm but the driver side is ice cold!!! Which made every start of the day uncomfortable as well as my babies daycare ride unpleasant riding with blankets in a car try to keep them warm 5:30 am . I expected to be easy and more reliable than public transportation and we were equally uncomfortable and inconvenienced. I asked for a small refund didn’t say a set amount after realizing we was going to be in the cold for a 6 days straight but was totally ignored. I felt like I rented a lemon. Which sucks
Thank you for the feedback. You only reported the tire issue, which was caused by a nail during your trip, and I had it repaired the next day. The heat concern was never reported while you had the car. If it had been, I would have addressed it right away or moved you into another vehicle. car was inspected before, understand your frustration, especially with travel and children in the car. At the same time, I do wish these concerns trip ( no heat A/C) issues were communicated. Not found now
