Communication was bad, would ignore my calls and send me templated messages that didn’t answer my questions. I landed and didn’t get the car until an hour and a half later. Would have been much, much, much easier and probably cheaper to rent a car at the airport.

respectfully disagree with several statements in this review. The complete communication is documented in the Turo app and shows that I provided the necessary information and assistance. I also have documentation of the vehicle’s fuel level. The car was returned with less fuel than at pickup, so I submitted the reimbursement request through Turo following the normal process. This was not an arbitrary charge. I have all the evidence, and Turo can review the complete chat and documentation.
