Great trip! This was my first time using Turo in general! We picked up vehicle at DFW, which the specific parking lot was hard to find which that’s simply due to airport lack of instruction and signage but Cheers Travel provided proper instructions to make it easier. Car quality was good along with gas mileage. Seats were slightly stained already but nothing too bad. We caught a nail in our tire, and they responded fast when we updated them on what’s going on.

This company is absolute trash. Missed a funeral because of this company. You will not pick your car up at the rental center. You will get shuttled to a seedy motel off the airport property and that’s where you will get your car after deconflicting with the front counter that won’t be able to find your reservation. Returning the car is just as much hassle. Absolutely terrible experience and hopefully nobody else makes this mistake

Great eco car that has all the tech you will require. Process was easy to locate car although Dfw has moved turo rentals to outer lots. Just a quick bus ride from terminals not bad at all.
