Pick up and drop off were easy. Car ran great. Only issues were the exterior was dirty at pickup, the windshield wiper fluid was empty, and the left wiper blade is bad and needs to be replaced. Also, I purchased a gallon of wiper fluid to fill the reservoir. Upon filling the reservoir the fluid ran out of the reservoir onto the ground (perhaps it has a leak) and quite possibly the pump doesn’t work. So I never had any way to clean the windshield during my trip other than to go to a gas station and do it by hand..
