Changed the pick up destination as I was on the way there. Very unorganized. Would not rent from them again.

Rented a different car, wasn’t available last minute. So they gave me this smaller car instead for the exact same price. Should’ve been discounted in my opinion but I was in between a rock and a hard place and already on my way to the pickup site so I had to accept.
