Overall the car was good. Pick up and drop off were seamless at the Turo lot. My one very major issue is the fact that the registration was expired on this car. I hadn’t noticed this until the next day. When I contacted the host and turo support I was told to go to a parking lot to switch out my car. However, when I got there, one of the workers retrieved a random 2027 sticker to put on the license plate. He did not give me the actual updated registration card that goes with it and was told I cannot switch cars. That whole interaction just made me uncomfortable. Having a new sticker without the updated registration paper in the car is sketchy. Other than that the car itself was fine.
