The car smelled like cigarettes and when they were notified there was no resolution.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience you may have experienced. We remain committed to enforcing our No Smoking policy, though full compliance can occasionally be challenging. For future bookings, we request that the vehicles will be returned to our lot location for inspection at pickup so our staff can verify any concerns and determine appropriate next steps. We appreciate your understanding and the opportunity to improve our services.

The car was clean and tidy. It had a bit of shake in the front end at highway speeds. There was no windshield washer fluid.
