Great experience!
The car was great, perfect working order and much more fun than an economy car through hertz.
It is a different experience than using a single host, and if you’re like me, you may have hesitation going to a company, however LA auto spot is great! Could barely tell the difference between individual renters and this experience, the worst part for me was that I didn’t read the lock code, wasn’t sure to find it, but they helped me and were great at communication the whole time. I have no hesitation using them again on future rentals.

Car was ready on time and as promised.

Car was not clean when picked up. I had to wash the car when I got to my destination. The car cost too much money to rent to not be clean. The wheels were dirty as well. The car had very noticeable dents and scratches that were not shown on the picture. And black marks across the back drivers side that was not mentioned nor was it shown on the picture. I feel as if the car should have been fixed before it was allowed to be rented. If I had known that, I would not have rented it.
