Ekaterina is an amazing host! She responds incredibly fast and makes the entire rental process smooth and stress-free. Both pickup and return were quick and easy, and her instructions were clear and detailed. Refueling was also very convenient thanks to the helpful guidance she provided.
The car was spotless and in excellent condition. Even though it’s a 2019 model, the interior looks and feels almost brand new. It was clean, comfortable, and drove perfectly throughout my trip.
Overall, this was one of the best Turo experiences I’ve had. I highly recommend renting from Ekaterina, and I will definitely book this car again in the future. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!

Should had note that the car needed hydrogen gas only inste as of listing it as gas and hybrid. I was stranded in the middle of nowhere in the 100 degree heat because the host expected me to check the app messages. I texted her personally and she could’ve informed me at the moment instead of ignoring me when I kept saying I get no messages.

I Oder a gas car to pick up at 5am
At 5am I got a text message we got a little picture of the car and their we no address where car was
We drove around til 730am then called and they gave use address we drove the car our homestead are things for our trip
We dove a few miles ,air condition
Was cold and trying to turn off Iaske my hand to check the miles we started with and to see it I had a up tank of gas it was a bread car NOT what I order
They Handel ok we drove our car-to pick up
