I rented this 2019 Tesla for a month and had a great experience from start to finish. The car was exactly as described, clean, reliable, and performed perfectly throughout the entire trip. The host was very responsive, easy to communicate with, and helpful whenever I had questions. Everything worked out smoothly with pickup, drop-off, and the vehicle itself. I wouldn't hesitate to rent from this host again and would highly recommend both the car and the host to others. Thanks for a fantastic experience!

They didn’t tell me about 200 additional holding fee, I was charged 15 dollars to exit the building they had the car parked at. The host, did agree to refund me. The registration expired a couple days after I picked the car up. The car wasn’t cleaned and has a pet like smell.

The $200 deposit is a Turo deposit that we have no control over. We offered to reimburse the parking fee but guest never followed up. Guest rented the car Aug-Sept-Oct and the tags expired end of September during the rental. Smell is subjective, but we don’t think it’s anywhere near bad as this was the second rental after being purchased from a Mercedes Dealership.
