Super easy pickup and great communication. Realized last minute I had the wrong dates and Olivia was super flexible with fixing. Car was pristine!

The car was amazing, however I would be VERY WARY of renting with this owner... I did not upload "after" photos of the car (my own fault, was running late for a flight) and the owner of this car tried to take advantage of me not uploading photos and claimed I caused $2,000 in "damages" that I did not cause to the vehicle. The owner tried to get me to pay them flat out and avoid getting Turo involved, luckily I did NOT pay her and escalated the claim to Turo. Turo dismissed the claim and I was not found liable. Since this is a very nice vehicle I have a feeling the owner assumed I would just pay for the "damage" rather than escalating the claim, so I would like to warn any other driver looking to rent the vehicle to take VERY DETAILED photos of the car otherwise you could find yourself in the same situation.
Hi Carli, I’m glad you liked the 911 but I must clarify: I have photos proving the damage occurred. My actions followed Turo’s protocol: as the authorized repair quote was below your deductible, the system defaults to "Direct Settlement."
The claim was dismissed only due to platform policy, not lack of proof. I am the actual victim here, paying for repairs out of pocket that far exceed my earnings. Despite this, I still gave you 5 stars. Please be factual and fair, however thank you again !
