The car was great, it drove smoothly, and it was clean. Pick up was easy and communication with the host was speedy and was kind through the rental/pickup/drop off process. I would definitely rent it again.

The car was okay to use for a few days, and the customer service was excellent. However, the vehicle was overdue for an oil change by approximately 600 miles. I also noticed a steering wheel vibration at speeds above 55 mph, which may require attention. Additionally, there were some scratches and damage on the left rear bumper. Given the age of the vehicle, I would encourage the host to ensure regular maintenance.

No GPS or back up camera, the parking pick up and return was difficult make sure you read directions prior to picking up or returning the car, you don't want to be messing with the app in airport traffic.

Sorry for the bad experience you faced during your trip with us. But i think you know that the car listed does not mention that it has gps or backup cameras and its clearly shown in the pictures. Please also note that this is a 2017 car and it runs perfectly. If you wish a car with these kind of features please check our brand new cars (Higher price) and we will be happy to assist.
