Returned the car early, no refund

Thank you for your feedback. We understand your frustration. However, this trip was booked with Turo’s non-refundable discount, which provided a reduced price when the reservation was made. Under Turo’s policy, that option doesn’t allow refunds for early returns, and that’s not something the host can override. We appreciate your understanding and wish you safe travels.
