We're sorry for the inconvenience. The vehicle had no prior reported battery issues before this trip. We also noticed that a similar battery issue occurred during your previous rental of another vehicle from us, which was quite unusual. While the exact cause remains unclear, we appreciate you arranging roadside assistance on both occasions. Regarding the charges, all trip payments and billing adjustments are handled directly by Turo, not by the host.
You can trust this host. I had awesome experience with this car and there was no problem at all. The host is always responsive.
