The experience was great and car is very good taken care of. Pickup location was nice and easy. Host is very friendly and very responsive I would definitely rent from again anytime soon.

Thank you for your feedback. I’m sorry you felt that way. I was polite and friendly throughout, but I couldn’t provide the outcome you wanted. Turo handles parking reimbursements, covering fees accrued before the trip start time; fees afterward are the guest’s responsibility. Since pickup was about 45 minutes after the trip began, only the eligible portion was reimbursed. I explained this and suggested contacting Turo Support for more help. I did my best to assist throughout the process.
Loved this car and my host was exceptional! Can’t wait to do another trip!!
