Sam is a nice guy however the Mazda seemed to be very unreliable. Only one speaker in the car worked on the right side and the brakes needed to be replaced. He was kind enough to let me switch cars but my experience w this car was not well.
I’m sorry to hear the trip did not meet your expectations. I want to clarify that the brakes had recently been replaced, and there were no safety concerns with the vehicle. When you mentioned concerns during the trip, I responded and arranged a vehicle replacement to make sure you were taken care of.
